VisibleGains is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy describes how VisibleGains, Inc. maintains, uses and shares information that it may collect when you use our website and services.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register a new account on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter information such as: name, e-mail address, phone number, job title, or company name. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
In the event that you contact us for customer support through the product or website, we may also request that you provide additional user information relevant to the support requested by you. How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, billing information, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Postwire
One of the services, we offer is Postwire. Postwire has been designed to let people share information with their contact or contacts privately. There are two types of privacy, one is a Private Postwire Page and the other is the even more private Secure Postwire Page.
Private Postwire Pages
When you share a Postwire Page, by default, they are private. This means the link (URL) to the Postwire Page is not available publicly. By not available publicly, we mean that a Postwire Page is not accessible or discoverable from search engines or any other means. To access the Postwire Page you must have the link to access and view a Postwire Page. If you or one of your recipients shares the link with someone, that person with the link can view the Postwire Page.
Secure Postwire Pages
Secure Postwire Pages are very restrictive requiring a user to have an invitation to the Postwire Page and secure, confirmed user credentials. A viewer to the page must confirm their identify via the same email as used by the person inviting them to the Postwire Page. They must then use those user credentials to view the Postwire Page.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
